To negotiate a contract where you or your company agree to purchase products or services from RTL. This includes:

- we will send you direct marketing in relation to our relevant products and services, or other products and services provided by RTL and carefully selected partners

Which entity is my data controller, and which partners might my data be shared with?
The data controller for your information is Roadmapping Technology Limited. Your personal data may be shared with our major supplier Sopheon plc and other strategic partners.
How long will you keep my data?
Where we process your data as your supplier, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our products and services and for 6 years after this time for legal purposes.
Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this while we process your request. We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us to remove you from our marketing activity for the future.
